What reference photos are useful?
Provide unfiltered front, both profiles and a natural three-quarter view at eye height. Add close views for markings, ears, paws, hands or objects that must remain recognizable.
Is the likeness a scan or exact replica?
No. It is an artistic interpretation of the supplied photographs at the chosen scale and material. Hidden features, missing angles and filtered detail cannot be recovered as fact.
What does the likeness proof include?
One named approver reviews silhouette, proportion, grouping, key markings and copy. One focused correction round tied to the original source set is included.
What counts as a major change?
A new pose, new subject set, new style, different room or façade, or replacement reference set changes the composition and is charged and re-quoted before more work.
How are collars, tags or textiles handled?
Accepted items receive intake-condition photographs and an approved reversible support plan. Items are not cut, glued or pierced unless a separate written handling instruction is explicitly agreed.
Are acrylic domes unbreakable?
No. Clear acrylic can scratch, crack or break under impact. It should be lifted from the base, kept away from shelf edges and cleaned only with a clean microfibre cloth.
Can I water the pet-head planter directly?
No. Water and soil must remain in the removable sealed liner or nursery pot. Remove the liner for watering and return it only after the exterior is dry.
Is GST or shipping included?
No. Displayed prices are indicative starting points and exclude GST, shipping and unusually complex design work. Quantity, materials, packaging and destination can change the final quote.
What does an order intent do?
It records a configured concept for review. It does not take payment, guarantee likeness, reserve a production slot, accept a physical keepsake or confirm final price and delivery.
