Our production error
If a delivered object materially differs from the approved proof because of production error, report it promptly with clear photographs for repair, remake or other remedy assessment.
Transit damage
Keep the object and every packaging layer, photograph the outer carton and affected surfaces before further handling, and use the supplied order channel as soon as reasonably possible.
