The dome, light insert and portrait projection each need a protected route.

Carrier, packing, insurance, dispatch window and charges are confirmed in the final quote rather than assumed from a flat rate. These pre-launch principles do not replace final commercial terms.

Before dispatch

Destination, recipient details, access constraints and a practical arrival buffer must be confirmed. Fragile acrylic, projecting forms, light modules and removable items are checked against the packing plan.

In transit

Tracking is shared where the selected carrier supports it. Larger domes, framed archives and miniatures may require upgraded handling or insurance quoted separately.

On arrival

Photograph the outer carton before opening, follow the unpacking sequence, inspect acrylic and projecting details, and retain all supports until the object is accepted.
