Process · Six accountable gates

The proof protects both the familiar detail and the boundary of the work.

Reference quality, interpretation, correction, material, production and delivery each receive a written checkpoint. A form submission or cart line is not a paid order.

The working sequence

One source set. One approver. One correction round.

Lead time begins only after scope, usable references, written quote and likeness-proof approval are recorded—not at first enquiry.

Choose a meaningful format

Select relief, bust, light, dome, archive, planter or miniature based on where it will live and what the available photographs can support.

Upload authorized references

Share clear front, profile and three-quarter views, plus measurements or place photographs where relevant. Private files travel through the protected reference route.

Confirm scope and handling

Record size, material, copy, physical keepsake items, lighting, delivery city, budget and any fragile-object or water-separation requirement in writing.

Review one likeness proof

One named approver checks silhouette, proportion, identifying markings, grouping and copy before fabrication. The proof shows interpretation, not a biometric scan.

Use one focused correction round

Observable notes tied to the supplied sources are included. A new pose, style, subject set or architecture changes the scope and is charged and re-quoted.

Finish, protect and dispatch

Material surfaces, acrylic, light modules and removable keepsakes are checked against the approved plan, then packed for the agreed India-wide carrier route.
